Porcelain Patios

We then install a weed-control membrane before laying and compacting quality sub-base materials such as Type 1 hardcore or CAM spec aggregate. This creates a strong, stable foundation designed to prevent movement and future sinking.

Poor drainage can cause major issues around patios and properties. Standing water can lead to slippery surfaces, saturated ground and even damp problems against the house. Where needed, we install drainage solutions including ACO drainage channels, soakaways, gravel drainage borders and correct patio falls for water runoff.
One recent project in Huntingdon involved replacing a rotten timber deck that had been trapping moisture and causing water to pool against the property.
